When you send a booking request we collect your name, email, phone number and any notes you provide. We use this data solely to handle your request and the resulting booking.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept for the time needed to manage your booking and for legal accounting obligations.
Third parties
Booking requests are transmitted via a form delivery provider and stored in our mailbox. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
